Our classroom stuffed animals are in full force! Froggy and Ringo have arrived. Your child will get a turn with one of these lovely stuffed animals (it is a waiting game for most kiddos!) Please assure your child that they will get 3 to 4 turns with each stuffed animal throughout the year. Remind your child to write and draw in it the night they have Froggy or Ringo, so they are ready for sharing the next day! It has been a wonderful few days of sharing.
Mystery Reader Program is starting on October 8th!
The first grade is going (hopefully, waiting on the buses to confirm) on a field trip October 22nd to the Hogle Zoo. I know we will need 5 chaperones (no small children allowed). If you are able to attend the field trip please let me know! Entry into the Zoo is free, however, the buses is are kind of pricey. We are asking for donations. We are still working out the bus fee so I will let you know what are suggested donation price is as soon as I find out!
